The Rum Deck is not only home to the Mudslide — its origins are right here on our property back in the 80s — but also to the Rumslide, our very own riff on this Grand Cayman classic.

Our unique cocktail is a sumptuous blend of dark rum, Irish cream liqueur, and coffee liqueur, with a secret mix that makes this drink the perfect accompaniment to sunset views.
