This particular dive takes you along the impressive vertical drop of Grand Cayman’s North Wall, offering breathtaking views and the potential to encounter large pelagic creatures.
The dive consists of two separate dives, with a surface interval between them.
The first dive is a guided tour of one of the North Wall sites. It allows you to explore the site to a maximum depth of 100 feet for up to 35 minutes, following a computer profile. This means that your dive profile will be based on your dive computer’s calculations for maximum bottom time and decompression limits.
After the first dive, you will have a surface interval of approximately 40 to 50 minutes. During this time, you can relax, rehydrate, and enjoy the surroundings before preparing for the second dive.
The second dive is a buddy team dive, which means you will dive with a chosen buddy or partner. This dive takes place either on the top of the wall or at a shallow dive site, reaching depths of approximately 50 to 60 feet.
The dive duration for the second dive is extended to up to 50 minutes, providing you with ample time to explore the underwater environment.
Overall, the 2-Tank North Wall dive offers a thrilling underwater adventure with the opportunity to witness the beauty of the North Wall, keep an eye out for magnificent pelagic creatures, and enjoy the unique marine ecosystem.
